New Summer Burger Menu is Here!

Just yesterday, Chef Mike rolled out a new Burger Menu for the Summer! It features 8 awesome gourmet burgers and I can't wait to try them all. There is a meatloaf burger with fried pickles and KC BBQ sauce and a fried green tomato burger too! We are still serving our regular menu of course, so stop in to try one of these yummy new burgers or your old favorite!

What a great surprise I found when I opened my mailbox today and saw the Lake Norman Herald Weekly with Maddi's Southern Bistro right on the front cover! When I opened it and read the review of our restaurant, I couldn't have been more pleased. It was a terrific review and I really felt proud of our entire staff!
