I'm Back!

It's been awhile since I last wrote, but we have been so busy! The bistro has been bustling with summer business and we hosted our First Anniversary Wine Dinner which was a huge success. Chef Jon did an amazing job on the food and our wine rep Shawnna paired the wines perfectly. Our General Manager, Jon Dalton, has opened a new restaurant, Tin Pan Alley Pub & Pizza in the former Harvey's location in Huntersville. Jon is splitting his time now between the Bistro and Tin Pan and I have taken the role of Assistant Manager at Tin Pan Alley. I will always be a part of the Maddi's family however, so I will continue to bring you the latest news and developments from Maddi's, and maybe an occasional tidbit from Tin Pan Alley as well.
